My sister's birthday

My sister and I have our birthdays two days apart - plus the three years she has too. I often suggest to my parents that they were particularly fertile in July! This has been hanging over me for the last couple of weeks.

The reason for this is that I told her a year or two ago that I was going to stop contacting her and looking at her social media, but that I was going to send her a birthday card and a Christmas card.

But what was I going to write? I couldn't decide. Eventually I went with "I remember the great times we used to have" and then posted it.

Instead of sending it by courier which is what I usually do to be sure she got it, I put a first class stamp on it. Here's hoping.
